How to use CISSP practice questions effectively
Reading alone rarely gets candidates over the line. The candidates who pass are the ones who answer questions, review every miss, and extract the exam's decision patterns.
Volume and cadence
Aim for 50 to 100 questions per study day in the drilling phase, always mixed across domains rather than single-domain marathons.
How to review a question
For every question, even the ones you got right, ask why each wrong option was written. Wrong options are drawn from real misconceptions; naming the misconception is what makes the learning stick.
Tracking correctness
Track your accuracy per domain. Anything below 70% in a domain deserves a second reading pass before you sit the exam.
